We made the mistake of purchasing our RV from La Mesa. Despite purchasing our unit from them, we have received horrible, horrible service.

We have had our motorhome in for service for the same problem FOUR times. Each time they keep our motorhome for WEEKS before doing anything on it --- and each time the "repair" lasted only a very short time. You cannot get anyone in the service department to return your calls, including the manager.

They apparently just simply do not care. The public needs to be aware that this is not a company that provides good service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Service scheduling, Customer service, Staff not making any effort to return calls, There is no reliability, Service quality is non-existent.

I feel your pain! I am in the same boat and it is sinking.

What an awful experience in buying my very first RV! UGH!
